The Prometheus Charter boat is the ultimate venue for you to propose. The boat clearly makes a statement, but it’s a lot more than that. You can decorate the boat just the way you want, you can propose anywhere you like and you can have any catering you like. The Rest of the Boat
The Prometheus yacht is 77 feet long and has two levels. The upper deck is spacious, modern and has views all around. The lower deck is luxurious, spacious and functional. The following images may be helpful when deciding whether Prometheus is right for your Proposal.
Food & Catering Options & Dining Options
On Prometheus you have unlimited catering options. If it’s just the two of you, then we can offer many option.
We also welcome you bringing your own food (and drinks) if you prefer. That includes from any external catering company of your choice. In that situation your are welcome to pre-delivery food (and drinks) the the boat at Pyrmont. Our staff will take care of everything and have them ready for you when you and your guest(s) board the boat. There are no additional charges for you choosing your own food and drinks service.
Private Dining Table
We can setup a private dining experience (before or after the proposal) should you require. Our wait staff will provide you with table service in conjunction with either delivered catering, or a chef onboard.
Music & Entertainment & Audio Visual
Sound System
Prometheus has a top of the line Bose Sound System with speakers inside and on the outer deck. You can connect your phone through Bluetooth.
TV / Video
PROMETHEUS has a 50″ 4K TV on the upper deck.
Live Music
For unique and memorable proposals we often have a performer on board. That could be a saxophone player a private musician a singer or even a small band for live music. We have the space for everything and anything.
DJ
If you prefer, you can have a DJ onboard.
Decorations
Prometheus has a large, modern and open plan setting. This makes it ideal for setting up decorations. Should you wish to organise your own or with a stylist we will work with you or them. We can arrange pre-access to the boat so everything is setup and perfect by the time you and your partner are boarding.
