1.1 Booking Confirmation:
A booking is only confirmed once a deposit is received and a confirmation email has been sent to you.

You and your guests are expected to behave responsibly. Prometheus reserves the right to terminate the charter if inappropriate behavior jeopardizes the safety of the crew, vessel, or guests.
4.2 Damage to Property:
You are responsible for any damage to the vessel or equipment caused by you or your guests. Costs will be invoiced to you after the charter.
4.3 Alcohol Policy:
Responsible consumption of alcohol is allowed. Guests under the influence may be refused service or disembarked if deemed unsafe.
4.4 Prohibited Items:
Illegal substances, weapons, and hazardous materials are strictly prohibited.
5.1 Limitation of Liability:
Prometheus is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to property unless directly caused by negligence.
5.2 Indemnity:
You agree to indemnify and hold Prometheus harmless against any claims arising from your use of the vessel, including but not limited to personal injury or damage caused by you or your guests.
Prometheus is not liable for delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, government restrictions, or mechanical failure.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes must be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
