PROMETHEUS is ideal for entertaining your customers. Customers will be impressed when the yacht Prometheus pulls into the wharf. You and your customers will be impressed by layout and available space onboard. Whatever type of business, whatever type of customers, the Prometheus Charter Boat will be able to host the ideal Customer Event.
A Flexible Floor Plan
PROMETHEUS has been exclusively remodeled with corporate chartering in mind. We reorganised the interior layout to maximums the space for guests onboard. Prometheus has two upper deck areas.
A large exterior deck capable of hosting 36 standing guests. The adjoining indoor area is capable of hosting 36 standing guests. The two areas combined comfortably host our maximum of 36 guests a single, level deck where the to areas are ajoined and with huge open glass doors.
This layout is ideal for corporate entertainment as all guests will feel included and part of the function not having to shuffle around rooms and furniture to find somewhere to socialise. On Prometheus, everyone is together.
Space for Custom Event Setups
PROMETHEUS has the space to setup your event just the way you would like. You can have custom branding on the windows, pull up banners on the back deck just as a start. Depending on numbers, we can also have high tables with stools for more intimate breakout groups. We have a space for a live performer, singer and or DJ. We have the space for display tables. Whatever your event Prometheus can offer you class leading flexibility to get the most out of the event.
Complete Second Level for More Space
PROMETHEUS also has a large lower level. That level, the full length of the boat has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a large galley (kitchen) and a second lounge area. This space is available to guests to use as well as a space to store belongings, luggage and so on, keeping the upper deck free and open for people to move around in comfort.
The galley on the lower level is ideal and where we generally setup our buffets. The lower lounge area is also a popular spot for more intimate gatherings of smaller groups.
The lower lounge room is still fairly large we can set that up with corporate displays or product promotion as well.
The bedrooms, are available for guests to store their belongings while on board, get changed if they want to go for a swim, or as another area to get and sit and talk. Two of the bedrooms are large and have lots of standing area.
The three bathrooms are provided for convenience. Each bathroom has a shower, toilet and basen and large mirror.
Dedicated DJ Space
PROMETHEUS has a dedicated space for DJ’s to setup. That space is facing outwards so the DJ can see all the guests. A DJ is a great addition to any corporate function as they will keep the atmosphere where is should be through the event. Often that is a low key vibe at the start finishing with a full party atmosphere at towards the end. Every event is different, but the PROMETHEUS yacht is ideal.
Catering / Dining Options
PROMETHEUS has inhouse catering options (here) or we work with any external catering company that you prefer. Prometheus can do buffets, grazing tables, sit down dining or canapes.
For buffets, grazing tables or canapes we can cater for 36 guests. We can setup the grazing table upstairs or downstairs. For the buffet we generally setup downstairs. For canapes, the staff with each course, and walk around to all gets and serve each course.
For more formal events with important customers we can offer sit down dining. Sit down dining is ideal for smaller groups (up to 18). For these events, we would setup the dining tables either indoors or outdoors. If we put the tables outside, then the inside is kept open for drinks / cocktails. In all cases, once the food is completed, we can quickly packup and stow the dining tables, opening the space for the rest of the time onboard.
Themes, Games and Decorations
PROMETHEUS can also host themed events in style. Because of the large open spaces, there is no limit to how you can decorate Prometheus to make your corporate function truly memorable and therefore worthwhile.
We have hosted so many themes in the past including poker days / nights, James Bond themes (suits the boat well !), mascarade parties, halloween themes, Gatsby themes, laser clay shooting and so on.
For decorations you can have specialised furniture, flowers, balloons and so on. There is no limit.
We work with all event stylists, or we can assist by recommending ones that have previously worked with us and know the layout of the boat. For custom
